The Healthy Youth Act (SB 5297) is NARAL Pro-Choice Washington's top legislative priority this year. Our teens need accurate information about reproductive health. Opponents of real sex education are trying to undermine our bill with amendments that would separate abstinence and comprehensive sex education programs.

Our bill will be moving to the Senate floor soon and we must ensure that the Senate adopts what's called a Striker amendment, thus restoring the original intent of the bill.
