What you may not know is that Hutchison is a staunch conservative whose views are far to the right of the voters of King County. Despite Hutchison's misguided opinion that “The issues surrounding abortion are not relevant to the King County executive race.” the King County executive plays a critical role in women's health care, particularly for low-income women. Auction Prep: Craft, Basket, and Display Party Wednesday, October 14 & Wednesday, October 21, 5-8pm Fun and creative! Make small displays for gift certificates that will be part of the silent auction. Create lovely gift baskets for some of our combined silent auction items. Bring your favorite pair of scissors and come get crafty. Auction Prep: Bidder Packet Stuffing Friday, October 23, 9:00am-5:00pm This job requires good attention to detail. We will be stuffing bidder packets, the content of which will vary depending on whether the bidder is an auction guest, a table captain, a bard member, or a volunteer. Don't worry; we'll supply all the coffee you can drink! THE LIBERTY BALL AUCTION And this year we are making the auction a masquerade! On Saturday, October 24th, break out your masquerade duds and have a ball! (Masquerade attire is not required, but it sure is fun.) There are a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the day to suit diverse interests. From delivery driving to raffle ticket sales, we have the volunteer job just for YOU.
