Women's Health: Moral resignation
SEATTLE POST-INTELLIGENCER EDITORIAL BOARD
We're so impressed by Susan Wood, director of the FDA's Office of Women's Health, who quit her job in disgust over the agency's foot-dragging in allowing over-the-counter sales of emergency contraception (aka, Plan B).
And by foot-dragging we mean "indefinitely postponing." Heck, why allow a safe form of emergency birth control now when they could do it on the 12th of Neveruary?
