Remember how earlier this week we wrote about the dangers of President Bush getting away with putting quite so many temps in important positions without dealing with the nomination/approval process on account of there being "only 15 months" left of his second term? Well, here's the sort of thing we were fretting about: On Wednesday, The Washington Post reported that the Bush administration has put anti-birth control activist Susan Orr in charge of family planning programs at the Department of Health and Human Services.
