SEATTLE POST-INTELLIGENCER EDITORIAL BOARD Remember how earlier this week we wrote about the dangers of President Bush getting away with putting quite so many temps in important positions without dealing with the nomination/approval process on account of there being "only 15 months" left of his second term? Well, here's the sort of thing we were fretting about: On Wednesday, The Washington Post reported that the Bush administration has put anti-birth control activist Susan Orr in charge of family planning programs at the Department of Health and Human Services.
