Groups ask court to lift injunction on pharmacy rule

Three groups are asking a U.S. District Court judge to stay his injunction that keeps the Washington state Pharmacy Board from enforcing its rules on stocking and dispensing medications.

The American Civil Liberties Union, Northwest Women's Law Center and Planned Parenthood of Western Washington announced their appeal Monday.
